Introduction

The chance to particapate in a challenge like the 7 in 7 and at the same time raise money for the "Leukaemia & Blood Foundation" is just too tempting to avoid. Mal's efforts in completing last year's 7 in 7 challenge have shown me just what can be achieved both in running the challenge and fundraising.

I've signed up to run the Motatapu Gold run on day 3 with Mal - and anyone else daft enough to do the same. Some of the statistics (49 km long and 3,400 m climbed) for the run look scary, but we are doing this by choice. I am sure any discomfort is short and trivial compared to the suffering endured by leukaemia and blood cancer patients.

Any support you can offer is greatly appreciated and will help both patients and the families of leukaemia patients.
