Introduction

I'm running with Mal Law on the Motatapu Gold track on November 30 in support of the Leukemia and Blood Foundation. http://www.7in7.org.nz/2010-challenge-overview/day-3-motatapu-gold/

Usually I just enter events and they frequently have a portion of the entry put towards charity. Now, for the first time I'm going to help raise funds for a charity, then run for the good of others less fortunate than myself.

I know that this run is going to be a real challenge with all that assent on top of a 49km distance. But any suffering that is involved pales into insignificance alongside the battle that people fighting leukaemia and other forms of blood cancer are going through every day.

The money raised by the 7in7 Challenge goes directly into helping patients and families living with leukaemia.
